Introduction
The Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit #21 employs the use of social media platforms. These platforms are intended to operate as limited public forums where the public (users) may comment and post online, subject to viewpoint neutral guidelines. By participating, users agree to adhere to the following terms of use.

Guidelines for Participation
Comments and posts must adhere to the following:

• Relevance: Comments and posts must relate to the original Intermediate Unit post.
• Privacy:  Comment and posts must not include personal information of anyone.
• Copyright and Intellectual Property:  Comments and posts must only include content that the user owns or has permission to use.
• Prohibited Content: The following types of content are prohibited:

  • Obscene, defamatory, or threatening language
  • Discriminatory or harassing comments
  • Promotion of violence or illegal conduct
  • Links to external websites
  • Commercial advertisements or solicitations
  • Content that promotes illegal activities
  • Content attempting to communicate directly with students

Moderation
Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit #21 reserves the right to moderate and remove any and all content that violates these terms of use without notice. Any user who repeatedly violates the above guidelines will be further investigated to determine potential legal remedies. The Intermediate Unit has no obligation to maintain its social media posts in perpetuity and their temporary presence on the internet is not a warranty of their future presence.
